Awful experience. I filled in a wrong postcode and messaged the company immediately to kindly correct it and they never got back to me even though I messaged them two
or three
more times asking for help. Its just a postcode, but often times the delivery is either heavily delayed or not realized at all. I was so lucky to eventually receive my order but it arrived way too
many days later the. it would
have if no mistake had been made and I had to make many phone calls to Fedex. I never got any reply from Kratomex, so
wierd. I think it was my last purchase. I don’t recommend them.
